Plan Tools, LLC was formed in 2007 with a clear mission: to provide planning solutions targeted to meet the unique needs of small towns, suburban cities and rural counties in Colorado. By engaging highly qualified, experienced professionals (our alliances) on a project-specific basis, Plan Tools can deliver community planning services more cost-effectively, more quickly, and more satisfactorily than traditional approaches. Plan Tools also has the ability to seamlessly complement multi-disciplinary firms that require the addition of project specialists for their municipal clients.

Originally established in 1997 as MJ Landers & Associates, all Plan Tools project teams are personally led by Martin J. Landers, AICP. Mr. Landers, a certified professional planner since 1989, has extensive experience in the project management and preparation of comprehensive plans, development regulations and special studies.
